Maître d'hotel welcome you in one of Amsterdam's finest brasserie style restaurants. Our team continues to win multiple awards for exquisite food and wine combinations. Among other awards, the wine list (up to 400 wines) has even been awarded the Wine Spectator's Restaurant Award for the 4th consecutive year.

The Restaurant is located on the ground floor of Hotel The Grand Amsterdam. The hotel's only à la carte restaurant has an informal character and atmosphere with oak floors and art deco interior design. It overlooks one of Amsterdam's most picturesque canals and has a private street entrance. The Restaurant accommodates up to 75 people for breakfast from 06.30 until 10.30 hours, lunch from 12.00 until 14.30 hours and dinner from 18.00 until 22.30 hours. Reservations are strongly recommended!

The Restaurant offers a variety of beautifully prepared dishes using the very freshest ingredients. Schott-Zwiesel glassware is used to serve the finest wines. Next to our seasonal à la carte menu we feature a weekly menu with plenty of choices at € 33,50 per person. As our culinary philosophy includes bringing back the true cuisine from traditional regions in France, this weekly menu is always themed after a specific culinary region in France. The wines suggested to complete this dining experience also originate from this region.

The hotel's subtle magic is accentuated by a charming inner garden in which, on a perfect day when the weather permits, one can have lunch, dinner, a refreshing drink or enjoy our Afternoon Tea.

The Grand's Traditional English Afternoon Tea is served daily from 15.00 until 17.00 at € 22,50 per person.
